How do I track my order?

To track your order on our shop, you can do the following:

Click on the blue chat box on the right-hand corner of the page and select Track my order.
Enter your order number and email address in the text fields.
Click the Track my order button.
Your order status and tracking will appear for you to view.

If your tracking does not show up, please await a response from our customer care team on the chat or call us on 03 8555 2246.

You will also have received an email confirmation and order shipping email with tracking details.

Here are some additional tips for tracking your order:

Make sure you have the correct order number and email address.
If you placed your order through a guest checkout, you may need to create an account to track your order.
If you are unable to track your order, contact us directly at hello@theglobalbeautygroup.com or wait for our team member to get back to you on this chat inbox.

How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any state
7-10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns
7-14 working days for delivery to international locations and are subjected to customs clearance
We take the utmost care with the handling and dispatch of your items. We partner with Australia Post and trusted courier companies for your shipping needs and select the best shipping method according to the product size and type.

A standard fee of $12.95 AUD is applicable to all orders within Australia
A standard fee of $20.00 AUD is applicable to all express orders within Australia
A standard fee of $15.00 AUD is applicable to all orders within New Zealand

Due to size limitations, PO Box numbers are not accepted as a delivery address

Do you offer international shipping?

We only offer product delivery and services to Australian and New Zealand residents at the moment.

Do you accept returns?

We will accept product returns if the item you have received:

i) Is faulty


ii) Does not match the sample or product description

Change of mind over a product purchase is not accepted as a valid reason for return or refund. In order to qualify for an exchange or refund, you must contact our office within 48 hours of receiving the product. We reserve the right to refuse a request for an exchange voucher or refund if the above terms are not met.
